The North Port Concert Band would like to welcome you to our 25th season. This group of volunteer musicians has matured into one of the premier performing groups in Southwest Florida. During the colder months, Florida's winter resident season, nearly 85 talented musicians grace the stage of North Port's beautiful Performing Arts Center, located at North Port High School. The 2011-2012 season will be the second under the direction of conductor, Dr. Dennis Silkebakken.
Our mission is to bring exciting musical entertainment throughout the season to our patrons. If you play a musical instrument and are interested in joining the Concert Band, please contact Dennis Silkebakken, or any board member, for information.
